fantastic concierge

Stayed at this hotel on business (no dog with me) and am very happy to find they allow dogs. My business trip was extended due to weather - the concierge (called Experience Designers) was fantastic - he found me something to do - rearranged my car etc. Very nice rooms - continental breakfast served.

Very nice hotel, close to everything, room was great. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. There is NO GRASS for many, many blocks, so our dog had to use the back alley. The staff told us that all the local "city dogs" just go on the pavement! Other than that, it was great.
