We recently stayed at Best Western Great Smokies Inn and were very satisfied with this property. Courteous personnell,room clean, wireless signal strong and no problem with taking our min. poodle. Only thing I didnt like, trash pick up emptying dumpsters promptly at 7 Am every morning, even Sunday, very noisy.
Hope it gets better!

When we arrived they didn't have our reservation, it was the hotels fault come to find out. They told us about some renovations going on. When we got into the room there was a opened coke can sitting in the room. One pillow had something all over it! I don't even want to know what it was. There was a lot of noise going on around our room from 9am to late afternoon. Staff was friendly though. Hopefully after renovations are done it will get better.
