After reading reviews on travel sites my expectations were next to zero. Much to my surprise and pleasure, our room was clean, service fine, and location great! It's not the Ritz, but neither is the price tag. Lots of families and lots of dogs!

This hotel was only moderately clean, did not allow pets in room with ocean views, and the continental breakfast was not good at all. The soap dish was held on with masking tape and had fallen into the tub. There was an empty beer can on the patio, etc. I would not stay here again.
