Good location
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Roanoke Rapids I-95I would have to give this place only 2 bones. This BW was dog friendly, only $20 for pooch and right off the highway -- convenient. The room however was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while. Stains on the walls and tub. Floor had debris like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The remote to the tv had dried food or who knows what on it. It was loud with people slamming doors and talking loudly until well over 3am. I have stayed in many BW that were clean and comfortable but this one was not.
Pretty Spot
Fisher Inn Resort & MarinaThis hotel was very nice. Very clean. Well maintained. Nice areas to walk the dog. Beach chairs with a sandy waterfront. The pool was nice but heated to 80 degrees which was too warm for us. We had a villa that was attached to another room, which wasn’t a problem until the guests next door decided to walk in on us while we were sleeping. Not acceptable. Somehow the adjoining doors were not locked. We thought it was protocol and never thought to check the locks. Shame on us.
Perfect location
Old Town ManorOld Town Manor is a gem of a property. The house is old and charming, like so many historic houses in Key West. It was like stepping back in time but with all the convenient amenities! The continental breakfast was amazing. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Good stay
Hilton Garden Inn BrunswickI thought the hotel was sparkling and new. Very, very clean. My only complaint was the $75 fee for my pup. I thought that was extreme.
