Planning a vacation with our pets

We were thinking of a nature vacation with hiking, fishing and swimming but have not been able to find lodging that allows dogs. We would like to visit the Andes or the Oriente areas. Does anyone know of any cabin rentals on a lake in these areas that allow dogs?
