Very responsive customer service

My wife did not notice lipstick on the in-room coffee mug until she lifted it to her mouth. Yuk, yeah this happens. I mentioned the incident at checkout. After leaving I received a text from management with an apology and a promise to refund the pet fee. This doesn't always happen.
