Unfriendly

We've always enjoyed shopping with our dog at B&N. She is quiet and well mannered and people often mistake her for a service dog. We've been to many stores without issue but today we were stopped and asked if she was a service dog. I explained that she is a therapy dog and she enjoys socializing and company policies is overall dog friendly. This store was not apparently. As she walked away I heard the employee loudly say to another that she came to work not to be in a pet store. It was unnecessarily rude and I won't be visiting again.
