Nice hotel and great dog area
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tulsa MidtownThe hotel was very clean and up to date. Best part is the adjacent grassy area, fenced in on 3 sides, so our pup was able to really run around.
Works for what we needed
St. Robert Dog ParkIt’s right off the highway and the only option in the area. Also next to a gas station for a human potty break. The park is a decent size with a water spigot, but the ground is very uneven/lumpy. Be careful walking around.
Lots of outdoor seating
Dolores River BreweryHeaters definitely helped us stay warm on the patio in November!
Heaters on patio
WildEdge Brewing CollectiveWas a little chilly but they have a lot of heaters on the patio. Tasty beer’
What we needed
Dog Park at Cactus Wren ParkThe 3 separated areas were beneficial as one had an aggressive dog so our pup could safely stretch his legs in another area. Mostly dirt but a decent size.
Located near hotels
Dog Park at JC Snow ParkVery convenient to get to. The large dog area has some holes and far from the gate, owners aren’t as good at picking up after their dogs, but overall, a good park to hit while traveling.
Sooooo noisy
La Quinta by Wyndham Denver Gateway ParkThe room was nice and clean, but the walls are extremely thin. Extreme stomping rattled the walls and kids running up and down the halls sounded like they were inside our room. Outside noises were also very prominent. I’d stay away.
Big, shaded, grassy outdoor seating
Eastside Brewing Companyfood and beer and a really nice, spread out outdoor seating area.
Dog friendly but noisy
Pawley's Front PorchThey allow dogs inside as well as on the patio. it’s right on a main road, so lots of loud cars and motorcycles. not the best if your dog is a little skittish.
Big park
Raising Cane's Dog ParkBig park with separate areas for large and small dogs. Plus for having a dog wash station. Minus for having a large deck with stairs at the entrance to the large dog area. watched several dogs slip and fall running around on it.
Big park, all grass
Ida Reed Dog ParkSuper close to the 10 freeway and really big. Parts were a little soggy but it was clean and well covered with grass. There are a few trees for shade.
Prompt Service
Yellow Brix RestaurantNice patio area with big fans to cool the area. It is on a busy road so skittish dogs may have an unhappy time, but there are big shrubs blocking the view of the road. The service was really quick which was great for us!
Easy Access
San Lucas Community ParkNice, small dog park right off of the 10. Just what we needed for a leg stretch and potty break.
