Mass confusion

So this is a great place to stay with your dog, but my experience was not great. I don't believe in writing bad reviews, I always try to see the glass half full. I got to hotel and had to change rooms 3 times with my 80 year old mother and my 25 pound French bulldog. Apparently the do not have the capacity to find a room that's pet friendly and handicap friendly. Again, it's a great place to stay with your pet; grounds are absolutely beautiful. No room service except for breakfast. Not a bad hotel, but my experience was not great.
