Horrible hotel and triple charged as well

Not only did I pay BringFido the hotel charged my card 2x extra. The room I was assigned wasn’t ready, as in I walked into a room that looked like it had been exterminated recently. The back door was even open to the balcony. Needless to say, I didn’t stay and had to go through BringFido and the hotel the next day. I will say dealing with BringFido was amazing. They had my back, but don’t go to this hotel.
