Terrible location and property

Pulled into venue at check-in time and the office was locked with closed sign. The general appearance was of a homeless shelter and very unkempt. Finally called number listed on BringFido site and got a seedy looking guy came down to sign us in. My wife refused to stay there and we were told there was no refund. Got a look at the inside of one room and I wouldn’t have my dog stay there. We left without checking in and figured we just learned a lesson. I would not recommend this location for my worst enemy. We just lost $150, and hope we don’t get charged for a dog fee as well since we left without checking in.
