The place is a dump
Millennium Maxwell House NashvilleThe check-in staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The carpeting was worn out, dirty in the lobby, hallway and room, and was at least 30 years old. The bathroom tile grout had mold, I am not sure the tub could ever be cleaned again. My husband was in ankle deep water by the end of his shower. The wallpaper was peeling off in there too. The breakfast had only a few items and no fruit and cost $10, not complimentary. Plus they charge a resort fee and other fees that total more than $45. It is NOT a resort. It's a dump and there are plenty of other places less expensive to stay nearby that are much nicer!
Worked Well
Best Western Plus Steeplegate InnLocation was ideal. Had a restaurant on site. Great breakfast in the morning. Great pool area if you want that. Room was clean and comfortable.
Mixed Feedback
Drury Inn & Suites St Louis Forest ParkWell, the refrigerator was making terrible noise and since they couldn't replace it, they refrigerated our items in the kitchen and we unplugged it. The hair dryer didn't work, but they replaced it. Waive the pet fee to compensate for our inconvenience. Found a great restaurant, Jonathon's, and a great park right down the road. Made the stay!
Great stay
Drury Inn & Suites Nashville AirportIt was a surprise to have dinner and cocktails on the house when we checked in. Very busy place I assume as near airport.
