Older hotel, good price
Quality Inn FarmingtonRoom was clean. Bed was huge. Had issue with AC/radiator & microwave throwing breakers. Room was across from indoor pool & housekeeping base, made for some loud moments. Overall not a bad experience. Close to all the state parks & conservation areas we were hiking.
Quiet & clean
Quality Inn & SuitesOlder hotel but very clean. Bed was comfy, great water pressure (& super hot), quiet room, friendly staff.
Clean & quiet
Best Western State Fair InnStaff was friendly, room was clean. Very quiet even though it was part of an adjourning set of rooms with occupants next door. Really liked having an outside access door, made getting the dog out for potty breaks easier.
No Frills Hotel
Super 8 by Wyndham SullivanOlder hotel. Room and hallways were clean and quiet. Easy access to highway and close to state parks we were visiting. Pet fee was reasonable, but they require cash at check-in for the pet fee. Which wasn't listed on my reservation and I didn't have any cash on me. The desk clerk was kind enough to run my credit card for a second charge, but I would have rather been prepared. Only cons: the AC unit in my room was extremely loud and the side entrance door to the building didn't close at all. Overall I would stay again. Was adequate for my hiking weekend get away.
Great walking / hiking trails
Robertsville State ParkBeautiful area with well kept, well marked trails.

Nothing fancy
Motel 6 Sedalia MOStaff was friendly. Room was ok. Not the cleanest, but could tell its an old well used motel. Was good location to the state parks I wanted to hike at, and worked well for me & my dog.
