Room wasn’t ready

Our room was nice, clean, and in a great location. Don’t show up before 4:00 check-in because they won’t accommodate you. Watched several others get checked in from around 3:00 but we weren’t allowed our key until 4:30. Something about how their cleaning crew cleans in a particular order that they don’t want to change, so second floor gets cleaned last.

Wasn’t allowed to use the lobby restroom so we went next door to eat and we used the facilities at La Cantina. We parked in the Inn's parking lot and walked around the boardwalk. Nice touch with the window cleaning stations for the cars in the lot. There was no dog treat bag with pick up bags or blankets offered to us. We brought our own supplies.

There is no grassy area on location but a short walk leads to a space where our pups went potty. The continental breakfast was chewy granola bars. Noise level from 7:15 on was ironically the maids cleaning the room next door with vacuuming and talking. The view from our balcony was lovely. Loved the fireplace. All in all not a bad experience but this inn is under new management and it is apparent.

Great stay!

Perfect location, clean, super friendly staff. The dogs loved it and so did we!
