Terrible location

We had the worst experience. 1st of all. The staff leaves at 7pm and won't be back until what they claim is 7am. I watched the doggy cam. My dog didn't go out until 8:30am... that's more than 13 hours. God forbid he hurt himself inthe middle of the night. He literally peed and pooped all over his blanket. The staff removed it, cleaned the floor. Then just let him lay on the hard floor for days. When we picked him up, the blanket was "missing". I knew it was in the wash. Two days later we called and asked about the blanket and gues what? It was in the lost and found. And clean! BS. The staff could care less about your dog, I will admit, I obsessively watched the dog cam, it was my first time away from him and he wasn't with family. There wasn't a single time... not even a minute, that I saw staff pet him or even just interact with him. So yes, this place is vile and disgusting.
