Rude staff

Had to ask for housekeeping within minutes of entering the room. The bed literally had evident yellow stains all over yet the housekeeper insisted they’re all clean even though they’re visibly yellow. Some parts of the floor were sticky. Made us question if it was really cleaned. Worst part of our stay was their staff at the front desk. Their front desk supervisor was very rude and condescending. Didn’t even let us finish talking. Room service took almost an hour and when we asked about the in-room massage service, it took us 4 separate calls before they could even confirm anything and kept saying they’ll call us back which they never did and we had to keep making the follow ups.
