Nice patio if it's not raining

Very slow service. Dogs welcome on patio but I would not say it was as dog friendly as is advertised. Staff prioritized themself over customers. I was asked to wait while a waitress tried to clean another table of someone who just left when I had to move quickly with my food to get out of the downpour to a very dirty but covered table. Nice ambiance but service is lacking and I don't consider this place dog welcoming. I am disappointed.
