Holding my dog against my will

This facility has lost a customer. They texted me at 1:57 pm today saying they were closing at 2:00. I had planned to pick up my dog at 4:00 today and no one informed me of this early closing when I dropped my dog off the day before. My requested pickup time of 4:00 had also been approved when I booked the reservation.

We were on our way home to pick her up as scheduled and they won’t let me get her for another two days now. Had I known about the early closing time, I would’ve been there in time to pick her up. I am horrified that they will keep my dog from me for two more nights (!!) without telling me ahead of time that they were closing early. My dog doesn’t have enough food to last that long.

The person I was speaking with who works there hung up on me as I was begging her to stay another hour to let me pick up my dog. I am now terrified of how they will treat my dog for the next two nights since the employees treated me so badly. I assume this also means if you have an emergency during closed hours, you will not be allowed to pick up your dog. This is extremely upsetting to me.
