HORRIBLE PLACE

Do not keep your dog here. My dog just recently came back with a pretty bad injury to her paw while I left her there in their care for 5 days. When I came to get my dog they informed me they had to bring her to the vet (they told me 2 different stories about what happend, first was she probably hurt herself playing and the other was the paw was injured while trimming her nail) they charged me the vet bill on top of everything. What makes this place more sketchy is that they were sending me emails everyday saying how my dog was doing great and never informed me she was at the vet past 5 days. The manager doesnt seem to care and they just want your money, didnt apologize or say anything except “well check in about the emails”. my advice would be to pay a little extra and keep your pet at a clean trustworthy facility like pet paradise(never had an issue with them). Busters also charged me for a bath when my dog was at the vet the whole time and came back to me smelling like a dirty kennel
