Do NOT recommend

I'll start with I have used countless doggy daycares from my home town to several vacation spots. So, I'm not new to the practices. To start, I did much research and filled out all paperwork prior to my visit. Second, upon arriving I was told that the initial interview process would not be free, but would be $90. then she reduced it to $21. I said fine and proceeded on to explain that my dog is initial timid as we've only had him a couple of months and he was rescued from a less than stellar situation. At this point I felt everything was on track, but for the next almost 2 hours of my dogs interview process he was placed in a room by himself, this I observed through the wonderful cameras that are provided, my dog then was taken to a room with approximately 6 - 8 other dogs of his size, he is 18 lbs, at which time someone sat with the dogs for 10 - 15 minutes and left. I continued to watch as dogs peed on the floor and humped other dog etc. All of this interaction for approximately 2 hours and not another person came in to check on the smaller dogs, I will say I did check other cameras and there was a person in with the larger dogs the entire time. I watched as my dog searched out a human for comforter to find none. I finally went to pick my dog up hours early because he just layed on the floor terrified and no TLC as they claim. Once I got there to pick my dog up the girl at the counter proceed to get a big smile on her face and tell me how great of a time he had, I then explained to her I had spent nearly the last 4 hours watching and he indeed didn't have a great time. Her smile immediately changed and I ask if I could please get my dog and please cancel any further appointments. The reason I felt 2 stars was appropriate is because at least the big dogs had supervision. The reason for the only review I've ever done is so people are informed and can make an informed decision on what is best for their dog. Just know no one will be supervising your smaller dogs. I'd also like to add that I've tried placing an honest review on there page 2 times and it has never showed up, hence why they have such a high star rating.
