Awesome Dog Friendly Restaurant with Great Food and Service
Belga Resto BarBelga is an awesome dog friendly restaurant with very tasty food, a variety of beers, and great service. We sat at their lovely patio and were well received with our 3 dogs. The food was finely cooked and really delicious! It was the best meal I had in my trip to Quebec City!

This is not a Dog Friendly Restaurant
Flapjack's Canadian DinerSadly, this is NOT at all a dog friendly place. It has an raised/elevated fenced patio but dogs are not allowed in it. They tell you that you can tie your dog on the outside of the fence (i.e. on the street) while you eat on the patio, which is completely unacceptable to me. It is sad that Ontario in so unfriendly to dogs. I much prefer Quebec's policies, we were received with a big smile in several restaurants in Quebec where we ate great food with our three dogs. The city of New York recently change its rules to accept dogs on restaurant patios. Ontario should follow these pet friendly examples.
