Great Place for Dogs and Their People!
Elk Country InnWe all really enjoyed our stay here. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Large, cozy, comfortable and clean rooms. Plenty of space for us and our dogs to stretch out and make ourselves at home, Comfy beds, great amenities and breakfast too! There were very nice surrounding areas to take the dogs out for a walk as well. We’d love to stay again!
Adequate but tiny rooms
Pahaska Tepee ResortThis is an older hotel outside of Yellowstone. The pluses are, it’s great that it was dog friendly, has a lot of neat history there, and had a beautiful area to walk the dogs in the morning. However, the rooms (The one we stayed in was an A-frame cabin split into quarters) were really tiny, a bit outdated, and needed better amenities. It served its purpose for a place to stay with the dogs on a road trip!
