Friendly staff but overpriced

I called it my dorm room by the sea while I was there. The view was spectacular but the room was old and run down. The beach access just adjacent to the room had been washed out the week before and no one told me before I checked in or how to get down to the ocean. A discount should've been given but absolutely no reparations were made. Most of the staff at reception was helpful and accommodating except for the person who neglected to inform me about the blocked beach access when I checked in. The bathtub was cracked and repaired with glue but the room was clean. Dogs must be with you AT ALL TIMES fyi.
