Great Value And Location
Belltown InnThis hotels slogan is Walk to Everywhere, and it’s in a perfect location for doing the tourist thing with your dog. There is paid parking across the street and a dog park right next door, there are food outlets and a grocery store within 5 minutes walk if you need to grab supplies without leaving your dog alone for too long in the room.
Great Patio
River's EdgeHad dinner here with my dog, they brought out a water bowl for him which was a nice touch. The food is good and staff are attentive. A little pricey but worth it IMO.
Nice Trip With Forest Hike
Skunk TrainThis is a fun little activity to do in Fort Bragg with your dog. It seems the rules have changed since the last review though. Dogs don’t have to be muzzled but you do have to buy a ticket for them ($11). I did the Pudding Creek trip and stayed the two hours at Glen Blair Jct to enjoy the forest trails with my dog (we usually live in the desert so trees and grass were a nice change!).
Bring a picnic to have at Glen Blair (there are picnic tables and a portaloo but nothing else) and enjoy the quiet of the forest. They were working on more trails and a more accessible platform. The trails were pretty easy, although narrow with some up and down. Not suitable for pushchairs for example.
