Very nice room. Staff not overly friendly

BringFido staff had to contact the hotel several times because they did not “receive” my reservation. Once they did they did not reserve the requested room. Staff did correct the room reservation. Staff was not overly welcoming or friendly. One desk staff member didn’t even look up to acknowledge our presence. They did not offer dog treats or direct us to the doggie pottie area on their grounds. The room we reserved was very nice and comfortable. I will check out other options next time.
