Terrible Experience

Staff was rude and misleading. Called on a chilly night to ask if they had a covered, heated patio for dogs - they said yes - and then when we arrived 20 min after that call they didn’t want to seat us outside, saying it was too cold. They treated us like we were idiots and acted like having the dog with us was weird. I would’ve understood if they said “we have heaters, but it’s too cold tonight” but they acted like we would be good to go until we got there. The hostess said if we got too cold we could come inside, and then pointed at the dog and said “but that has to stay out here” ...!!! Literally could not imagine a worse experience and we left immediately.
