Canal “Bark” Brewing
Canal Park Brewing CompanyWe stopped here and enjoyed drinks and apps on the patio. The staff were even kind enough to bring my pup a bowl of water (with a Canal “bark” logo which I thought was novel) without even being asked. The patio is supported by wait staff so you don’t have to worry about getting into the building with your dog to order from the bar. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we went on a 80 degree day and the patio furniture is black, hot plastic and was super hot to the touch (for me).
North Shore Winery
North Shore WineryI would give this place 5/5 stars from a human perspective. I love that they have wine and cider options with the possibility to do flights in both. For our pup, Nellie, she enjoyed spending time with Mom & Dad and there were adequate spots to potty. There is also a short, dog-friendly trail on the property.
Wine & Wagging Tails
Cracked Barrel WineryThey have a wonderful patio where we enjoyed several glasses of wine while our pup, Nellie, sunbathed. They have water accessible and a friendly staff that didn’t push my pup out of her comfort zone when she wasn’t quite ready to say hello. We definitely plan to make return visits in the future!
The Yappiest Place in Town
Urban Olive and VineFree water, fun “Yappy hour” menu for dogs with reasonable prices for novelty meals. Our pup, Nellie, tried the “spaghetti and meatballs” made with zucchini noodles and dog friendly sauce. She LOVED the meatballs, but like a true toddler, left the vegetables behind. 5/5, will definitely be returning.
