Nice quiet stop, a little pricy

Best Western CottonTree Inn

We stopped on our way through from NE to CA. This was a nice comfortable room, a little "old" but clean. The room was way down at the end of the very large building/set of rooms. It had a door to the outside. There wasn't really anywhere to walk our dog, but we managed. Good stop other than we paid over $210 for one Friday night, and I think it was overpriced for the room.

Has a dog area, but no shade, didn't have my Fido reservation & room smelled bad

Best Western Deming Southwest Inn

Well, I guess you get what you pay for but I expected better of a Best Western. Room was about $75 per night, and we stayed two nights. We arrived after driving all night, but figured since we prepaid through Fido, they would have the room for us. It turned out that they did not, and I had to show my Fido reservation which they didn't have. They honored it since I pre-paid. The room they gave us was on the far side and end of the building. Doors open to outside. It had horrible dark stains in the carpet, and smelled like urine, so I never felt the room was "clean" including the bedding. They had a designated dog area that was ok, open area not enclosed, but people didn't always pick up after their dog. It has a nice pool, but we were told it wasn't open for the season yet, but it looked fine, and it was 100 degrees those two days, and part of the reason why we chose the hotel, since it was July and hot. I gave it two bones, considering the price, having a fridge and microwave and having a dog area, but really I will not stay here again. Even breakfast was lacking for Best Western standards.

Outstanding, I will be back and make it a point to stay here

Best Western Date Tree Hotel

Here is the plus: The hotel is professional, clean, feels like a resort, pet friendly, lots of grassy areas, lots of access to poop bags, shade, beautiful pool, awesome breakfast & to go items. Quiet, secure. Rooms were about $114 a night and had a very updated CLEAN room with a outside balcony (2nd floor). Lots of parking. Con: hmm, maybe that it is inside door, and stairs, not in Palm Springs proper...but really that isn't a complaint. I cannot say anything bad about this place.

Very quiet and relaxing

Comfort Inn & Suites Cheyenne

This was a nice location, safe and quiet. Breakfast was good as well. We took our dog for a walk and everyone was friendly.
