Great location, poor maintenance

The hotel is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to some restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself needs some improvements. There are very few appliances and the ones they offer, were not properly clean. Sofa was not clean as well, probably because it has been used for a long time without professional cleaning. In general, the problem of the place is maintenance. The hotel could be great but it is not paying attention to details.
