Beautiful hotel! Not that dog friendly

It was a stunning place to stay but there were limited places to drop your poop bags. We were given a room on the 3rd floor with no reasonably close elevator access and they couldn’t adequately accommodate us on the lower floors so we ended up carrying our 40 lb dog up 3 flights of stairs every time he needed to go out. If it wasn’t for the dog I would give it a 5 star for the facilities and the customer care for people. We were also double billed so have to fix that.
