Gave my food to 3 different people then insulted me

I ordered a drink and my service dog a chicken breast. After 30 minutes I asked, he said they gave to another dog on other side of restaurant. Said making it again so said cool. People were throwing up outside so drunk. 20 minutes later, oh they gave to another dog. Then thought a guy was manager he said no I just dropped off third chicken breast to another dog. Picked up from another table and brought over. I said am I paying fy this he rudly said yes. I said then I don't want it's been over an hour. He said fine I'll give to other dog. Bartender couldn't take off order. The manager gave me full bill. She said look there's other dogs here. I believe when you order food. It goes to table of person ordering.. then she went off on me, told me I was lucky she allowed my service dog in when none others were. If you want to drink to you puke, go there otherwise. The manager and staff are out of control and place should be shut down
