Hot ground, great service, decent food

I’ve been coming here since it was Tortuga Flats many years ago, and the food was still good and not any more overpriced than anything else down here. Server was great. I don’t understand why dogs have to be on the “outdoor patio” when the whole place is pretty much outside. There wasn’t shade for the whole table and it gets HOT on an August afternoon. The ground was super hot, so our dog had to lay under the table…not super convenient. We asked for a bowl of water, which our server kindly brought with ice.
