You can take your damp shirt home that day, or your host can ship it to you for an additional charge. The experience lasts 2 hours and can accommodate up to 4 guests ages 18 and up. Established in 1916, the park encompasses 523 square miles from the summit of Maunaloa to the ocean. Begin your visit at Kīlauea Visitor Center before driving the two rain roads through the park; Chain of Craters Road down to Puʻu Loa Petroglyphs, and Crater Rim Drive.
