Liberty Lake Regional Park Dog-friendly Liberty Lake Regional Park, located in Liberty Lake, WA, is one of the largest county parks in the state of Washington with nearly 3,000 acres of wetlands, lakeshore, montane forest and irrigated turf. The space has play equipment, shelters, a BBQ area, a campground and seven miles of trails. The Liberty Lake Loop Trail, specifically, is a 6.5-mile hike that will take about four hours to complete with Fido. Pups must remain leashed. See Details

Dog Mountain Trail Hiking the dog-friendly, six-mile Dog Mountain Trail in Cook, WA is a great way to spend some quality time with your pup. There is also a one-mile loop trail to the summit that provides an excellent opportunity to view the western portion of the Columbia River Gorge. Choose the eastern trail for an easier climb through wildflower fields or the western trail for a more strenuous climb through dense forests. Permits are required during the wildflower season and can be obtained in advance online. The trail is open from March until December. See Details

Please be aware that the creek may be polluted, so owners are advised to keep their pups away from the water. Coal Creek Trail Coal Creek Trail is a pet-friendly hiking path in Bellevue, WA. Fido can accompany you on the six mile trail, where you'll see lush foliage, wooden bridges, waterfalls, and historical markers along the way. It's an out-and-back loop trail can be started from the west (Coal Creek Parkway parking lot), east (Red Town Trailhead parking lot), or from one of many spur trails along the route.
