This is not a pet-friendly resort at all. If I can give it a zero rating I would! Theyāre quick to get the pet fees but youāre not allowed anywhere the pool, restaurants, and literally around the vicinity of the hotel. Such a nightmare. Weāve been approached by staff a million times in just a matter of 3 hours. Our supposed to be nice vacation is turning into a misery. And get this, our dog is such a sweetie and a well disciplined dog. And to be treated like we have a disease in this hotel just because we have our dog is not acceptable.
Please donāt promote this resort as pet friendly. Beware!!!!! Learn from us. If we can get out of here now, we willš¢! And this is our first day out of 5.
