This Ramada Hotel was probably a very nice property at one time. There are renovations going on. We were in a renovated room. I was relieved to see the flooring was not carpet but laminate. In spite of the renovations, the bathroom has places like the bottom of the bathtub and the sink that were unfinished, had wear and some rust. Door jambs need finishing. The hot water is a joke. Running the water would produce warm water at the most. There would then be a burst of hot water for three seconds, then it would turn cold or warm. Breakfast is adequate; nothing special. The courtyard grounds are in great need of improvement. The parking lots have huge potholes. Positives: the WiFi works well and the staff in nice. We would not stay here again.
