We were waiting for our hotel so went to find a dog friendly spot for a drink and appetizer. We hit the jackpot. The staff came out and greeted our Bingo. Felt so welcome
- KathySep 6, 2023Good location, food and very dog friendly, slow service
We visited the Bearfoot Tavern recently with our dogs. The food was good (I had the Salmon Caesar Salad (the Salmon was cooked perfectly) and the hubby had the Cobb Salad) and they were friendly and accommodating to our dogs providing ice water to them. The service could be improved. Our server was very nice, however we had to go inside several times after first asking if we could sit outside to remind them we were still waiting for service and remind them of our drink order. The server apologized and offered a free drink, we declined as we were too tired after traveling all day. I’d go again if I’m town to see if the service was better.

Very friendly staff, decent patio and the food was pretty tasty. Our pup enjoyed the occasional people and pup watching. Didn’t have trouble getting an outside table on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm.

Great selection of beer and an amazing menu. We loved the beer garden and so did our puppy Georgie

Nice spot, they have seating out front and a nice courtyard outback that is away from the street. A fresh bowl of water was brought right away. Large fans kept us cool. Food and service were good.

I called ahead of time to confirm they had a dog friendly seating area. When we got there, they brought us to the garden area patio on the back. It was shaded and cool - even in the summer heat. The food was amazing and no one batted an eye at my dog being there, even though he was the only dog. We had a great time.
- JillMore than a year agogreat food, lots of tap beers(50+), and friendly staff and patrons
I called ahead to make sure we would we welcome with our 13 pound pomchi, Shadow. Although the back deck was closed, she said there was a table out front we were welcome to use. When we arrive 15 minutes later the table was waiting with a bowl of water 😀. The sidewalk in front of the restaurant is really wide. Nice spot to people watch and enjoy the city. After dinner we took a great walk downtown. Very dog friendly area.

Our visit at Bearfoot Tavern was very nice. We called to confirm they accepted pets as we are traveling and needed to feed all of us. Our reservation was scheduled and when we checked in at the front I was saddened to see two tables out front in the sun. We were asked to step around back and found a lovely patio with a block floor, a awning, plus fans cooling everyone off. The Bacon Paminto Poppers are amazing, a must try. Our pizza was delicious and they made a burger Patty for our 9 year old puppy. We are so happy to find this hidden treasure. Oh can't forget the service was prompt, polite, and accommodating.
