Overlooking Doty Park’s outdoor ice rink, you will find Belvidere’s dog-friendly coffee and ice cream shop, Sips and Sprinkles. Fido can join you at a table in the enclosed outdoor area. Guest can enjoy soft serve and hand-scooped ice cream, sundaes, shakes and floats, slushies, coffee beverages and more.
