Pets in the Cabin
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Airkenya Express.
Pets in Checked Baggage
Airkenya Express allows pets to travel as checked baggage on many different flights. The fee for this service is $50 per pet and section of travel. There is an additional $50 fee for rental of Airkenya's pet carrier. The Veterinary Officer (Wilson Airport) should be informed early of intent to travel or transport of animals on duty on the day of the flight, who will issue a permit for a fee of under $10. Certificates of vaccinations from a Licensed Veterinarian must be provided.
Carrier Guidelines
For pets traveling as checked baggage, animals must be contained in a suitable carrier. If you do not have a carrier, the airline can provide one for a fee of $50.
