  Nice casual dining that is somewhat pet friendly

  Roma's has a nice outdoor seating area that allows dogs provided they are on a leash. Some of the staff seemed a bit confused when we showed up and inquired before bringing our dog up, but that was quickly cleared up. The of part was that we had to carry him through the bar area to get to the outdoor seating. The staff was very accommodating and brought him a bowl with water.

  We've taken him there twice and the experience was the same but the outdoor seating area only had one other couple besides us. I'm not sure what they would do in busier nights.

  Giving Roma's a second chance

  The following was posted the day of our incident. The following day we received a message apologizing for what was a miscommunication among staff regarding the pet policies, We were assured that this mistake would not happen again and we were invited back and asked to give Roma's a chance to make things right.
  We understand that mistakes happen and with pets and restaurants certain guidelines must be adhered to With this in consideration we're going to give Roma's a second chance. This has been the only bad experience here and first attempted visit with my dog.
  On previous visits food and service have always been good . That being said, we are wiling to give Roma's a second chance.

  This place is a joke!
  I called 45 minutes prior to arrival and was told that my dog and me would be welcome on the patio.
  Upon arrival we were told that we were welcome..........unless anyone else wanted to sit on the patio, then my dog would have to be tied up outside the fence or wait in the car. That's not happening!
  Employee was very nice trying to diffuse the situation but bottom line, not a dog friendly place!
